I’m the single mom every place I go. Every school function, there I am alone. It’s so hard. This will be my 6th holiday season single and divorced and I try so hard not to be jealous or envious of all of the couples around me. I get it ❤️but clearly you’re doing an amazing job!

Great. Now I’m crying bc JUST YESTERDAY, I broke down and my 11 year old daughter noticed I wasn’t okay so she did the same 😭😭😭 Does it make you feel like you’re doing something right? Bc what a beautiful thing to do as a child. But the guilt…. It just piles on, personally. My weight isn’t their weight so when I can’t be happy for them, it eats me inside which in turn only makes me more sad. Life is hard. Being a parent is hard. Carrying the weight alone? Even harder. But look at you, at us, doing it. And getting what truly matters in it, right. 🫶🏼

Some of those boys... 😳😳♥️♥️I've wondered for years just what I did right... Mine is 27 now ... He laid on the kitchen floor with me at the ripe age of 19 and held his mom as my entire life fell apart (when I caught his dad cheating) He promised me .. in the middle of my tears... He would always take care of me. ' I'll always be one phone call away Mom'... he told me that night!! He did not lie!! He still watches out for me!! The girl that catches his heart will be the luckiest girl alive... I can't wait to meet her!!!
