Babe the drama is called “A love OTHER than yours” the cheating trope was implied in the title, let’s not act like it wasn’t obvious that it was gonna happen, KBS has emphasized in every promo post they do that this drama is a “realistic MELODRAMA” key word “realistic” so unfortunately cheating happens in real life. It’s painful but it’s realistic. We’re still only in the early episodes and the actors have already made it clear that the drama is intentionally portraying them as complex, flawed human beings, with all the messy behaviours and mistakes that come with that, rather than perfect or idealised characters 👀 I would’ve preferred if they stay broken up but it’s clear that the cheating trope is key for the plot, this doesn’t justify it because it’s wrong there’s no denying that

This is drama is realistic so I wouldn’t be surprised if all toxic and chaotic traits people portray in real life will be shown here. But, it’s too realistic and painful to watch for me. I might continue watching it but just know that humans aren’t perfect and that is what’s gonna happen in this drama. Full of character flaws. Just like life. I wonder how the plot will go on.
