@bringingupbuster: This is our nighttime routine with Buster. He is 4, Level 3 autism, nonverbal, and he will get into his diaper if he can reach it. Regular pajamas did not stop that. We use a Little Keeper Sleeper, which is a special-needs sleeper with a back zipper, snap flaps over the zipper, and a neck that does not stretch. I can still get him in and out for diaper changes. He cannot unzip it or pull it off. That has meant fewer middle-of-the-night messes and cleaner sheets.
