I've done it home care for 15 years. I started off at 3 facilities. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM had workers that abused the clients. After 2 years of facilities, I went off on my own. Did it privately. Cameras should be in every facility. Abuse is EVERYWHERE!

We had cameras in common areas and families had the right to put cameras in their loved ones rooms without telling us. I think everyone should have nanny cameras in their loved one’s rooms without telling caregivers

She’s got a great heart and I hope she stays in that field. I’ve been a nurse for individuals with disabilities for 9 years now and this is THE SCARIEST BUT MOST IMPORTANT part of your job. We are their VOICE we have to advocate for our people, or things like this happen. Good for her, I hope she receives some praise and recognition. Being new and scared and still brave enough to record! Wow. 🙏🏼
