I've done this job 25 years. There is never, EVER!! A reason to talk to these people like that. This made me cry after I watched. Every patient deserves kindness, dignity and respect. Even the difficult ones. This is so upsetting. Bless the officer for not walking away!

When you have a loved one in a care facility, you have to visit often, at different times to see how they care for your loved ones. It makes all the difference if they stay there or go to a different facility. You don’t just drop them there. You are their advocate.
