We have until 5. Yes, one hour before to one hour after. So she's been lying about being able to give meds. At 5 she's out of compliance. Charge her the max.

I agree with this officer, this may qualify as a felony which means if convicted she should will never work in this field again. Age and disability can quickly turn a misdemeanor into a felony.
