“I keep on falling” -Alicia Keys the homie called me last night talm bout he feeling like shyt. I like “that’s a horrible affirmation” then I proceeded to give bro some home remedies using what he has on hand. I asked him if he be in the “ALIVE HOMIES” chat he said he don’t be in there like that. That explains why u missed it. Allow me to reiterate this tip. Grab on head of garlic put it in a 2 oz mason jar and fill it up w/ honey put it in a dark place like the seasoning cabinet and let it sit for a few wks that’s how u make garlic infused honey. It’s a potent traditional home remedy. Garlic releases its juices into the honey. As the cloves sit, sulfur from the garlic diffuse into the honey. The honey pulls moisture from the garlic. After a month or two the cloves may eventually soften, wrinkle, and become almost jammy. Traditionally, garlic-honey is good for colds, coughs, sore throats, and general wellness specifically during this season change. It not too late to do this if u haven’t u can still make it and keep it on deck for any time u feeling anything or just to take as a precaution like I do. Final note. Honey doesn’t go bad but garlic does when combined honey is no longer shelf stable forever this combination is usually good for a few months but always go back and open the jar just to prevent fermentation. Happy Autumn 🍂🤍
