As someone who works in group homes as a staff member you can be stressed but no way in any way do you treat any resident like the way she did it breaks my heart for the residents

Ripping the phone out of the wall quite possibly turns this into false imprisonment or hostage situation of some sort. I wish it could show on ppls history losing their jobs for this type behavior bc abusers seek out jobs where they are ‘in charge’ of helpless elderly or children. Too many of these stories exist much less how many go unreported.
