the creators did confirm they used ai in their game because they didn't expect the game to become famous, and they are currently changing the items made with ai, such as the maple syrup or the ointment. While they are using ai why do some people really think its a HUGE defect? I get the fact its wrong especially since they have a group of artists but there are game creators that did far worse (for example qwelver from dandys world)

This game had so much potential bro. If it wasnt so overpriced, grindy and slop it would definitely have stayed relevant for more than 3 months

apparently the ai usage this time was bc they were coming up on a deadline and couldnt finish assets before then and decided to put an ai filter on it so it could come out on time. really dumb reason, like people are gonna be more understanding of an update or asset being delayed than using ai to push it along, but they acknowledged that and HOPEFULLY mean it when they say theyll delay unfinished assets instead of using ai
