Only if a lender will back the additional money on your mortgage sometimes they don’t it’s certainly not a done deal then if they do you’ve got larger re-‘mortgage repayments then the money for your investment property has a mortgage too if you struggle for a renter your stuck with 2 mortgages and tax on your rental income
