I know India before the fame. When she was a Gogo dancer in Cleveland Ohio. She’s always had her husband who was the bread winner but wanted to be the bread winner. Don’t get me wrong she’s always been in her bag. Always go to it by any means. Her sew in work has always been the same. Very mid work no shade. Her braid down is immaculate but customer service was never there. She’s not a people person fr. Her extremely large bbl got her in the rooms she was in and that’s how she blew up. Let’s be honest yall not booking to be taught to braid down a sew in by a women with a natural body. This is before she got her butt removed. I honestly feel for 1 k the stylist should be dolled up makeup, flat sew in and working in heels, free lunch, massage, facial , eye brows and lashes at least included. Nothing wrong with price but at least make it worth it. She will not have returning clients. Taking payment ahead is very uncomfortable.😳

In 2007 I paid $800 for a sew in BUT in included 4 touch up appointments (remove tracks, wash and re sewin) over the course of 12 months and it included the cost of the hair. Last minute up charges?? Hell no

My thing is.. she could have charged maybe an additional $35-45 (since it’s a luxury salon). She came up with $150 on the spot and it was just greedy. There is absolutely no way to justify charging $150 🤷♀️
