All I am hearing is that common protocol was appropriately followed as outlined by Cornell and the DA. Pending further info, I don’t see a clear error. Like the DA also states reaching out through Cornell police to offer her an interview on why he isn’t pursuing charges and didn’t hear back and she declined a full review her sworn statement before signing. Am I missing something here?

I think the biggest issue is if memory serves on 2 pages of the 99 pages. I understand FERPA and such but only two pages released to the DA is extremely suspicious imo
