@themanifestportal: One of the hardest things I’ve ever done was keep believing in a life I had almost no evidence for. And the very work I teach, was once THE work for me. There is a very big difference between having a dream when everything is working… and continuing to choose it when your actual life is giving you very little evidence that you should. I risked a lot to follow this dream. I turned a lot of things down, I missed a lot of things, I walked away from a lot of people. I spent money when I didn’t know if I’d make it back. And there were definitely times I wondered if I was completely fucking delusional 😂 because I’ve been the woman who couldn’t pay her rent, I’ve been fired, I’ve been abundant-impaired 🥲 This is not just about the $83k. It’s about the evidence. ✨Evidence for the woman who kept going when she didn’t have any. ✨Evidence that some of the biggest decisions of my life had to be made before I knew they were the right ones. ✨Evidence that at some point you have to stop waiting for your current reality to give you permission to create a different one. And I think that’s why I’ve become so obsessed with the concept of authority. Because authority, to me, isn’t being powerful over anyone else. It’s authorship. It’s being able to say: I know what I see for my life, and I’m willing to move toward it before everyone else can see it too. That has probably been one of the biggest lessons of my life. You don’t always get the evidence first. Sometimes you make the decision, you take the risk, you back yourself, you survive being misunderstood. You keep going. And then one day, the life you were asking everyone to believe you could create becomes the evidence.
