@moonietok: one steamer, one comforting dinner. 🍗🤎 marinated the chicken with oyster sauce, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, then mixed everything until well coated. Topped it with soaked mushrooms, red dates and goji berries, added a little mushroom soaking water, and into my Redchef stainless steel steamer it went. steamed on high heat for 25–30 minutes, then served with warm rice. ✨ I love how the 3-tier design makes steaming more convenient, while the stainless steel construction is sturdy and practical for everyday cooking.
