yeah youngsters come into this trade were prices haven't gone up in years, every site is going for awards which means your workload has got larger. sites using less labourers to save money and pass the job into the trade and call it a snag

Absolutely not. With how things are it’s not worth it. NHBC making money harder and harder to earn. No one cares once the deadlines are met until the next big push. The strain on your body, Avoid!
