try to break the rule and let the landlord ask you to move out, normally landlord will give you 1 months to find a place to stay. for cooking can be light cooking or heavy cooking , normally is light cooking.

Look for your agent and ask for advice, typically these kind of landlords is trying to scam your deposit and get another new tenant. They will keep making your life difficult till you break the rental contract

Look up small claim tribunal if things don'twork out. There should be a clause that says you can end the contract even without fulfilling the contract, just need to notify her. For now, stop paying the extra cost and jot down the items paid.

Simply a breach of contract there by your account. Talk to the agent. He's your middle man. If all else fails, find alternatives. Get your friends and collectively rent the whole unit. If you do so, you guys can just share the extra costs of utilities and such. Finally do get acquainted with rental property laws of Singapore. Hope that helps.
