@mothershipsg: The current tenancies were due to expire on Dec. 31, 2026, with the site slated for residential redevelopment. In an Oct. 3 Facebook post, Punggol GRC MP Yeo Wan Ling said she had met with the relevant agencies to discuss the businesses’ concerns over their expiring tenancies. Following a review and adjustments to the development timeline, the agencies were able to offer extensions to the 4 main tenants.
