Flex Bites are now on a new shelf! If you’re a Hokie, I’m mandating you to checkout @halwabakeryandcafe . They have such a cool menu and EVERYTHING is delicious. Keep your eyes peeled! I have a feeling Flex Bites will hit another retail shelf pretty soon… 👀 Submitted my NoVa Farmers Market applications for the 2027 Winter season. 98% chance we are good to go there. I think this will be a great venture when it comes to building a community around the Flex Bites. Not that I would ever price Flex Bites at $10, but could probably get away with it at these farmers markets which is nice lol. If you look closely at the Honey Cinnamon Flex Bite we took out of the “time travel chamber”, it looks much darker than it should. That’s because it’s been “temperature abused” to model the extended time it would’ve spent on a shelf. This essentially means that the “3 months of time” it was exposed to represents a worst case scenario. It’s good to know the worst case scenarios because that’s the information I’ll be presenting, even if I know my product can probably last longer. Better to err on the safe side. I still have my own samples in my fridge that I’ll take out and test every couple months to get a truer understanding of my expiration. This experiment is just a quicker way to get a safe estimate of shelf life. Will start cranking up the ads again soon once I figure out a way to better handle the influx of orders and after I do more research into making my ads more profitable. I have a ROAS goal of 3.5 for my next campaign which should be doable if I play it right. #cpg #proteinsnacks #businessjourney #entrepreneurship #flexbites
