What I find terrifying is the fact that if he was to tone it down and acted normal after the first date, it sounds like he would’ve had a solid shot at dating you. He exposed himself and his weirdness early. Now imagine if he was actually smart and decided to take it slow? I was had a guy in my class who I had genuinely never had a conversation with come to my hometown to kidnap me from college, which was in a different state. My story is very similar to yours to where I was getting up to 60 PAGES of letters per day on my school email when every single day at exactly 10 PM he would make a new email to send to my school email knowing I couldn’t delete it, and I was sent so many videos, genuinely, not exaggerating, up to 20 per day of him, touching himself to pictures of me on his computer screen. There was a lot of very verrrryyy graphic, un consensual, fantasies, and a lot of necrophilia, which was extremely disturbing to me. Turns out he had other victims, and now the case is a five state FBI case. For my case alone he has a bond of *cashhh onlyyy* $250,000 and for another case because it involved a minor, he is on no bond and will not be getting out anytime soon. I am so glad they took me seriously, because he would have killed me, and he had threatened to kill my brother so that he could not protect me. He quite literally got onto a plane from another state and found my hometown, my house, and was coming to kidnap me. Terrifying it’s so scary. How many women have stories like this.
