It’s irrelevant. The said dog is on the books ,£200 a day on the books isn’t that bad … or is it ?

exactly mate, I remember seeing my old bosses day rate sheet when I was an apprentice back in 1998 for bricklayers, he was charging £280 a day back then and the bricklayers were on around £80/100 a shift

Im a carpenter and at 57 i do day rate these days. Too knackered to be chasing things. Much easier for me to say £300 per day and be home at 2.30/3pm… thats my day.👍 (Will say i have little in the way of overheads other than keeping a fully paid off van on the road)
