engineer, most time our clients stress us papa , I just forfeit my contract becoz , as I discussed with my client for us to involve engineer in our project that we are starting , he said same thing that their charges are too high and he can't afford, mean while he has got money to purchase 10 trips of 20cubic granite and dust together with sand and paid machine for excavation and he's just comparing his friends project that they did it without engineer but is still there but if look at the structures he's making that comparison with, a whole lot of cracks and dampness

Exactly bro....I visited client hotel project at prampram and I almost cried. column sizes,wall sizes,rebar sizes were all reduced leaving the entire structure with serious cracks. I advised him to pull the building down and he never called me again till date.
