You don’t change your life all at once. You change the next meal… One of the biggest things that has helped me accomplish anything in my life is making my goals so small they almost feel silly. Instead of asking, how do I lose weight, I ask, how do I stick to my diet this week. Then smaller. How do I meal prep just today. Instead of asking, how do I build muscle, I ask, how do I get to the gym. Then smaller. How do I just pick up this dumbbell. Those tiny experiments give you the one thing most people overlook. Momentum. An object in motion stays in motion. It does not matter how small the first push is. Once you are moving, it gets easier to keep moving, and that motion carries into everything else you do. It is how I built my business, my physique, and pretty much everything I am proud of in my life. Making it small does something else too. It shuts off the overthinking. When you stare at the whole mountain, you freeze. When you only look at the next step, you just take it. Right now I am here, and all I need to do is put one foot in front of the other. Every little win also builds something bigger than the win itself. Trust in yourself. Every time you do the small thing you said you would do, you prove to yourself that you are someone who follows through. And how you do one thing is how you do everything. Confidence built in the little moments shows up in the big ones. So stop trying to change your body, your mind, your life. Change your next meal. Your next thought. Your next day. Then do it again. Little wins like this are exactly how I’ve gotten my clients the results and transformations of their dreams. If you want that same level of guidance for your own journey, you can click the link in my bio to apply for coaching. ✊🏼 #SelfImprovement #hopecore #real #gymmotivation #fitnessmotivation
