went to look at houses ,on property 24 it looks like a new house kitchen on an island palm trees arived and it looked like bomb hit the place ,bullshiting people,agents.

melissa your subject is very very pertanent.these agents will feed you any bullshit to buy a house. lets be honest with the financial climate and the job situation today it is extremely risky to buy a house after the age of 40.u forgot to tell.potential buyers the 1st 12years u paying on your home is interest.the last 8yrs of payment is the capital amount you paying off. should the rates go up you monthly payments go up. you stop making payments during your home term agreement you lose your home. rather find a home with rent uou can affird.the day u lose your job u walk away without a problem.imagine 12 years of a 20year contract is intetest. madness.rates only goes up. never comes down
