One of my favorite things to eat in Reykjavík 🇮🇸🤤 If you’ve been to Iceland, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of Brauð & Co and their famous cinnamon rolls! Cinnamon buns are popular throughout the Nordic countries, but this is still one of my favorites I’ve had. It had been 2.5 YEARS since my last one and somehow it was just as good as I remembered. 🥹 It’s soft, moist, perfectly spiced and one of my favorite things about it is that it doesn’t taste overly buttery or heavy. Some cinnamon rolls are amazing for the first few bites and then you feel like you’ve eaten a brick 😅 This one is rich enough to feel like a treat without leaving you feeling like that afterward. And yes, I accidentally said this was my 3rd time in Iceland 😭 It’s actually my FOURTH! I think my brain was counting the number of times I’ve been to Brauð & Co. My first trip to Iceland was with my mom in 2018 and we barely spent any time in Reykjavík, but I’ve made it here on every trip since: 2021, 2024 and now 2026! Anyway… that center piece?! 10/10. 🤤 Definitely add Brauð & Co to your Reykjavík food list! 🇮🇸 #visiticeland🇮🇸 #reykjavik #cinnamonrolls #Foodie #tastetest - @jakerosmarin
