The title "Disneyland of Pampanga" or "Mini Disneyland" was created entirely by local vloggers, tourists, and media outlets online. The resort uses standard fairy-tale concepts like castles, holiday lights, and artificial snow villages. Standard fairy tales (like Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty) are in the public domain, meaning anyone can build a castle or have a princess theme without violating copyright laws.
