I take a plastic bag and sit it on the counter while i'm cutting vegetables in cleaning and when i'm finished, I picked the bag up off the counter and throw it away 🤷♀️

I have done this since plastic bags became annoying. Put a bag on a drawer, that we all have, by your prep area. No fuss no muss no money.
