Recalling her days at the reception of Radio Gold with no degree, two children and a marriage that had just collapsed, she said she held on to her belief that God has a plan for everybody. She urged the young women to "give time some time," noting that sometimes people have to leave your life so that a door can open. Her advice: when life hits a hitch, get up, shake yourself off and ask, "What's the next chapter?" She prayed that spirit on every young woman in the room and urged them not to give up easily.
