Anxiety ran my life since the age of 15. I was afraid of everything. I am now 37 and when I am anxious I learned to pray the rosary and if I can't pray it because I am too anxious I hold the rosary until i am calm. I am still learning to let it go. I believe we are all struggling financially in this time. But remember "this too shall pass."
