So, imagine you get a new car in 2021. Things are going well at the time so you could swing it. In the 6 years that pass, you get hit with some major crisis, likely medical, that lands you in crazy debt. Your rent kept going up every single year. Bills are much higher than they were, too. You think, okay, I'll trade in this car for a cheaper one to get a lower car note. Except nobody wants to buy your car for the same reason nobody wants to buy a house. You trade it into Carmax but that doesn't actually give you much either AND the APR is much higher thanks to that medical debt from earlier. The used cars you could afford all have crazy mileage and risk costing you MORE money in the event that car breaks. So, do you trade the new luxury car in, or do you just stick that out and cut costs another way via food bank?

The pantry in Cobb, powder springs to be exact. They line up at 3am, we didn’t start checking people in until 8:30am. Not to mention the AUDACITY of people in TESLAS AND BMWS!!!! I stopped volunteering cause people got it twisted. THAT WAS NOT MY JOB
