While my hair is still quite thick, I understand the hair changes associated with menopause and have also dealt with anemia. I took a screenshot of your page and uploaded it to ChatGPT.My professional opinion is for you to have your Fringe cut, even some bangs, but you don't have to go straight to bangs. Shorten your finger it helps to not see your scalp and not saying that everybody else sees it, but you see it and I know the feeling. with your texture, probably not a lot of layers. But some for some movement, you're really great at styling your hair. you know what you're doing. I've watched your videos.
