Hoover, have the TV on, make noise. Then baby will sleep through anything!! Look after mam... she will be exhausted and on high alert, hormones all over, cry at the drop of a hat, and just need loving 💕 Congratulations xx

What I learnt when I had my first baby was that I hasn't actually been tired before in my life. I thought I knew what being tired was, but no. New baby tired is a different level of tired!
