I’ve got the same crimping tool from Mac so who knows who actually makes it, but it will eventually break in half from hammering on it with an impact. Mac warrantied it though lol

I use the little adjustment bolt on the bolt cutters always worked good for me put your whole weight on it on big ones

I ended up buying a hydraulic crimping tool on Amazon for like $30 and it comes with a bunch of die’s for different sized cables

Been using the E-Z Red brand one for years, it nice cause u can use wrenches to hold it and an impact driver to run it down. Beefier and cheaper than that Snap-On one!
