JALAPENO BACON POPPERS 14-16 Jalapeños (depending on pan size and pepper size) 1 8 oz block cream cheese 1 8 oz block cheddar cheese 1 pack of bacon (not thick cut) Cut jalapeños in half and de seed. Lay on lined parchment tray and fill with cream cheese, slice of cheddar and wrap in a half slice of bacon. Bake 400 for 1 hour!

Is there a trick to getting the bacon to cook evenly? I love jalapeno poppers but have trouble getting the bacon to cook evenly. I mean it still tastes good of course.
