For a long time now, you have watched me. You have asked the questions, some of you to my face, most of you quietly among yourselves. Who is Proff Ex? Where is he really coming from? Why does he carry that white dot on his face? What is he not telling us? I never answered. Not because I had nothing to say - but because the truth was too heavy to say before its time. That time has come. Today I am opening a door I have kept shut for years. I am going to tell you where I come from. I am going to tell you what the white dot means. And I am going to tell you something that will be very hard for some of you to hear. I was one of them. The men you sit under. The men you call your fathers in the spirit. The men whose "anointing" you chase, whose altars you kneel at, whose words you receive without question. I know them. I know where their power really comes from, because I walked among them. I was being prepared to become one of them. I got close enough to see what happens behind the curtain - close enough that it nearly cost me my soul. I have written it all down. Every part of it. How I was drawn in. What I saw. What it cost me to walk away. And how God reached into the pit and pulled me out before the door closed on me forever. It is called I Was One of Them. I will be honest with you, the way I always am. Releasing this will come at a cost. These are not small people, and they do not forgive being exposed. But I fear God more than I fear men. I made my peace with the price a long time ago, on the day I decided that your soul is worth more than my comfort. So here is what I am asking of you. Read it. Read it with your eyes open. And when you are done, you will never look at a "miracle," a "prophecy," or a "man of God" the same way again - because you will finally be able to tell the difference between the power of Heaven and a very convincing imitation of it. And then, keep me in your prayers. Because this is not the end of the work. This is the beginning. We are going to keep pulling souls out of these covenants of darkness, these agreements of the underworld, one person at a time, until the light reaches every place they have been hiding. The truth has a cost. But so does staying asleep.
