make sure to take vitamin k2 along with vitamin d3 since k2 actually directs the calcium from your bloodstream to your joints and bones where it’s needed, and too much vitamin d3 without k2 can cause hypercalcemia. also make sure to take the vitamins with your largest meal or your fattest meal for maximum absorption since vitamin d3 is fat soluble
