On Aug. 31, Animal Control in Littleton, Colorado, responded to a report of a wandering Sulcata tortoise named Lard after he escaped from a fenced yard. His owner was there trying to get him home, but the "suspect" was not cooperating. Home was in one direction. Lard wanted to go the other way.
