@therock: Praise or criticism - stay neutral. Embrace both. No one can break what they didn’t build. You built it. It’s yours. And over the years, I’ve learned there’s a big difference between critics and cynics. Critics always want to love something. Cynics want to destroy it. Critics don’t love hating something you’ve built. Cynics find joy in trying to break what you’ve built. Embrace your critics. There’s value there. Either way, when you succeed at something - it’s always a team effort and everyone celebrates. When you fail, take it on the chin and own it. All of it. Especially if you’re in a leadership position.
