They don’t do anything. They just tell you there are delays and to wait like everyone else

They recently changed the wait time to 7 months so the 105 days holds no wait anymore :(

Doing these extra tips is just delaying the application process for some aka me. I’ve heard that it takes you out of the normal processing and gets routed to someone else. Waiting since May 21

mine says it was delivered but I didn't receive anything. usps and uscis say the same thing? could it be lost? asked neighbors and none received my mail by mistake. what should I do?
