Earlier this week, The Diary Of A CEO hit 20 million subscribers on YouTube and 4 million on Instagram. madness. Sometimes in life, you don't know you're in a special moment while it's happening. You only find out after the fact, and honestly, there's something quite sad about that. I didn't know we were building something special during those long years when nobody was watching. It started as just me, huddled in my closet at home with a microphone, doing what I genuinely loved. I invited guests who never replied. I put my heart into episodes that barely anyone listened to. People constantly told me the space was already too crowded, and there were so many quiet nights where I sat and wondered if any of it was ever going anywhere. Nobody saw those years. But that's where this 20 million number was actually made. It wasn't born in the loud, celebratory moments. It was built in the quiet ones, when nobody was paying attention. So if you're in the middle of your own "nobody is watching" moment right now, I want you to know something: if you truly believe in what you’re doing and you love it, please keep going. That silence, the rejections, and all those "no's" they aren't the end of your story. One day, they’ll probably be the very parts you look back on and smile about the most 👊🏽❤️
