believer：Believer: Pastor, I have to work on Sunday and can’t go to church. Will God be angry with me because of that? priest：Many brothers and sisters struggle with this guilt. Please listen to today's content. These 3 Bible truths will help you break free from the chains that religion has put on you. 1. The Sabbath was made for people, not to crush you. The Bible says, “The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath.” (Mark 2:27) In the time of Jesus, the Pharisees turned the Sabbath into a prison, but Jesus healed people on the Sabbath, and His disciples also picked grain and ate it. Jesus showed through His actions that He broke religious rules with mercy, bringing greater freedom in worship. 2. The real issue is not your work schedule. Maybe you are a nurse, police officer, waiter, or driver. To make a living, you may have to work on Sunday, but that does not mean your heart has turned away from God. On the other hand, some people sit in church every Sunday but have never truly sought God. The Bible says, “This people draws near to me with their mouth, and honors me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.” (Matthew 15:8) God will not condemn you because of your work schedule. 3. True worship is not limited by time or place. Don't ask yourself, “Do I have to work on Sunday?” Ask yourself, “Have I made time for God today?” Even if you are very busy on Sunday, you can still pray in your heart, thank Him, listen to His word, and think about God's love... The Bible says, “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” (John 4:24) As long as you fear Him, your workplace can also become a place where you worship God. When you are free, you can attend an evening service or listen to a sermon online. These are also real worship. If this message has made you feel free, leave a comment: “Amen”, “God is first in my life.” And share it with 3 people God has put on your heart.
