Costco has a hearing test place inside the store and is probably the best choice for aids. Zenni has the best prices on high quality glasses (better than Costco).

Medicare does pay for one pair of glasses after cataracts. It does not pay for routine glasses after a vision change. You have to meet your annual deductible first.

Here's probably something you didn't know, though. If you sign up for a medicare advantage plan, also known as medicare part c. Some of the plans will pay for some parts of those things. You say are not covered
