Ive never been to Florida b4 I visited my brother in the villages last year.. safe, friendly, no trash ANYWHERE, no crime, no punks, everyone is respectful of each other..SIGN ME UP!!!!!

Laguna woods aka Leisure World is ok, but Seal Beach Leisure world is better and even closer to the beach.

Can you please do a podcast episode for small business owners/ self employed people and the best way for them to invest for there own retirement and give any tips you can think of that they haven’t for investing in there future retirement since they dont have access to HSAs and 401ks. And i mean beyond Roths. Lots of one man owner-operator businesses out there looking for your advice on how to set up for the future properly. Thanks Tyler for your podcasts.

We considered Laguna Woods. Coop requires all cash, no financing. Condo's can be financed, however insurance on community is lacking and I've read that it can be difficult to obtain financing. Laguna Woods is great location on hillside going down to Laguna Beach in 10 minutes. Biggest challenge is fire danger and again low insurance. Due to fire and insuring community I can't consider purchasing coop or condo.
