Girl don’t even beat your self cause same I was doing 3-11 everyday mon-fri over worked under payed bosses weren’t respectful noticed everything I didn’t do but didn’t recognize all the good I did. Told them I was unable to do 3-11 after some time… they just let me go…. I didn’t even fight I was just like ok .. no back up job no nothing :) been a week now with no job and I’ve been at peace ever since

I quit because my wife and I worked at the same place (before getting married) and they treated her like trash and fired her, so I quit the same day, some company’s just don’t deserve good people, chin up you got this🔥❤️

When you’d talk about the way they were working you, I knew this was coming. They were taking advantage of your willingness to fill in and it’s so good you’re getting out before you’re completely burnt out. Learning early on that jobs will bleed you dry if you let them is so important! Good luck on the job search

don't let ppl shame you for leaving w/out something lined up, Ive seen coworkers have literal strokes and cardiac events from work stress in bad environments and it's NEVER worth your mental or physical health. I did the same thing earlier this year and now I make more money, I lost 40lbs and I have never been happier 🤷

If you’re not squeamish, you can get into blood donation through the American Red Cross and you don’t have to be licensed or certified cause they train you through their own program
