It’s not just 18 my 16 pro max doing it too. And I went to A T & T because it kept not letting me send text or picture on Friday. Kept losing carrier service so it’s not phone specific it’s AT&T

It’s an AT&T issue, they’ve fixed it on AT&T’s end, but any iPhone affected already is never going to work, it needs to be replaced. The replacement won’t be affected, because AT&T fixed he original issue.

Had this issue with my 17 Pro Max, went through AT&T tech support, went to the store and nothing but see Apple. Apple did nothing. Now my husband is having the same issue with his 17 pro max.

Apple said the IOS wasn’t going to fix the affected phones. It was for the new ones not to have that issue.
