My friend has night terrors and one sleepover when we were kids I woke up and she was crouched in the corner in the dark, I asked her if she’s ok and she pointed up and said, “there’s pasta in the lamp” then ran across the floor on all fours, jumped into bed and went to sleep … 🫣 safe to say I stared at the ceiling for the rest of the night like this

My son has it and has been on melatonin for 2 months totally stopped his parasomnia episodes he did this with his curtain pole and ripped his radiator off his wall punched windows and left the house while sleeping scary stuff so glad the medication has stopped it all xx

When I’m stressed I do this , I went into my teenage sons room started ripping his blinds off , I also go round my kids rooms opening their door asking “ if the chickens cooked “ in the early hours , woke up falling off the toilet many times
