im all down for data centres and ai but what this guy is saying is not true. its not leading to reindustrialisation, rather its high capex spend per sqm which means alot of people make money when the construction is happening then very little after.

If you wait 18 months the same compute is half the size. there’s no scenario where these make money long term, that’s why they want to build as fast as possible to take any govt money and sell them to a sucker or a kamikaze LLC to take the fall.
