As a manager I approve of this message. I had someone come to me said that they PTO for Friday. I am like okay. They let me know why, afterwards, the PTO became bereavement due to their aunt passed, who lived in a different country. You need to take time for yourself. I have a small crew they work together to make sure the shift is covered. If we shorted-hand I help out.
