@thetechfleecechef: JAPANESE KATSU CURRY 🇯🇵🐔 This is the world’s best curry, in my very humble opinion 😚 For the Curry: * 1 tbsp vegetable oil * 1 medium onion * 1 medium carrot * ½ apple * 1 clove garlic, minced * ½ tsp fresh ginger * 400ml low-salt chicken stock * 2 S&B Golden Curry blocks * 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce * 1 tbsp soy sauce — optional; add only after tasting For the Chicken: * 1/2 Large Chicken Breasts * Salt and black pepper * 1/2 cup plain flour * 1/2 eggs, beaten * 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs * Oil for frying My Tech Fleece took a break cuz the kitchen was an inferno that day 😔 #katsu #chicken #cooking #curry #FoodTok
