I read that one guy owns the place, has a vision for it, but in my opinion has neither the funding nor the wherewithal to develop such an important iconic site. My only hope is that the city of Glendale or some wealthy West side entrepreneur wants to fix up this iconic structure into something Usable. It doesn’t have to be from someone on the west side, but I think it would be best with someone who has a local ties.

I remember getting to film fight scenes for an indy film in this building, coolest day on set ever getting to just roam the space and explore this amazing piece of history.
