#spiderman #theamazingspiderman2 #gwenstacy #gonegonegone #escenasdepeliculas

Seneca (4 BC - 65 AD) lost everything more than once. His wealth. His position. His freedom. And every single time... he noticed the same thing. The people who surrounded him during the good times found reasons to disappear the moment things got hard. Not all of them. But enough that he understood something most people spend years learning too late. A person who leaves when things get difficult was only ever comfortable when things were easy. They were there for the energy you had to give. For the good news. For the version of you that did not need too much. The moment you needed something real... they found somewhere else to be. You did not lose a friend. You did not lose family. You lost the illusion of what you thought they were. And losing an illusion — no matter how much it hurts — is never actually a loss. Seneca said: distance shows you what good times always hid. You did not lose anyone. You just finally saw clearly who was actually standing beside you. And who was only ever there for the good parts. #seneca #darkacademia #philosophy #mindset
